BigStuf summer camp is hosted right on Florida’s most beautiful beach: Panama City Beach. It’s a fun week-long experience for students to hang out and learn about Jesus. Students will be challenged, motivated and given practical tools to live out their faith! This camp is open to current 7th graders through high school seniors.
We will depart from the church on June 19th at 7 A.M. and return late Friday afternoon on June 23rd.

Who is ready for Big Stuf 2023?!
BigStuf summer camp is hosted right on Florida’s most beautiful beach: Panama City Beach. It’s a fun week-long experience for students to hang out and learn about Jesus. Students will be challenged, motivated and given practical tools to live out their faith! This camp is open to current 7th graders through high school seniors.
We will depart from the church on June 19th at 7 A.M. and return late Friday afternoon on June 23th.
The cost is $600.00 and covers travel, lodging, meals while at camp, and a camp ticket. It doesn’t include food on the way down or back, snacks while at camp (there’s a cool snack bar in the hotel as well as vendors outside), or souvenirs.
Scholarships
While $600.00 is a tremendous value for an all-inclusive week away for beach camp, it is still a lot of money. We understand that there are a myriad of reasons why paying for camp could be tough on your family. We want this trip to be accessible to every single youth who wants to go.
A number of partial scholarships are available. Please contact [email protected] for more information. Please do not hesitate to ask for this. We never want finances to be the reason that any youth misses out on this week.

Registration Fee: $100 due by upon sign up (Non-refundable)
Payment 1: $250 (due by March 31, 2023)
Final Payment: $250 (due by May 15, 2023)

FAQ Section – Things to know.
Medical Releases:
Medical Releases for each individual are required by the date of registration to be considered registered. New medical releases for 2022-2023 will be available on June 1st both in the church office and online. If you have filled out a form since June 2023, that form IS valid. You can access the Medical Release Form in the church office or online on the church website. Click here.
Who can I register?
You may only register your own child/immediate family (or yourself) for this event. For example, you may register your child, step-child, or grandchild (or yourself). You may NOT register your friend or cousin. Their parent/guardian must register them.
Wait List:
If registration fills up before you can register, email [email protected] to be put on the wait list. Please include student name, grade, and school in the email. Texts, phone calls, or emails to any other person/email address, including the church office, will not be accepted for the wait list.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens, and things change. If you need to cancel your spot, please contact us at [email protected] by 9 pm on March 31st. If you should not be able to go on the trip due to illness, we will work with you regarding a refund.
Is there financial assistance?
Yes! Some of our youth have a positive account balance from fundraising. Nick has that information and can tell you what your student’s account balance is. All students who serve in Ladies Night Out will receive credits. We will also do a Spring fundraiser to raise money for BigStuf. Your student can also do other fundraiser events on their own (ex. Car washes, penny wars, etc).
What is the sign-up deadline?
You must be signed up by March 31st (and paid in full) by May 15th.
How do I pay?
The total cost for BigStuf 2023 is 600.00, with a nonrefundable $100.00 due upon sign up. The full amount must be paid by May 15th, otherwise you forfeit your spot to someone on the wait list.
You can pay in check, cash or on the FUMC website through online giving – all checks MUST be given to Nick or to the church office. Please include your student’s name in the memo line; in an online payment, please include your student’s name. If paying with cash, please include a note with name and amount given.
