BreakThru 2024! – December 30-January 2, 2024
Hey Parents,
We are excited to be back at BreakThru 2024 this year. Every year, teens from across the southeast travel to Timber Creek Camps for a long weekend of worship, messages, small groups, epic color wars and more. This is our 46th year to attend Breakthru and we want YOU to come! This year’s theme is, “SOS.” There is one great Epic story and God invites each of us to step into His Kingdom plan and find our identity and purpose. The only way for that to happen is for Jesus to Save Our Story!

We wanted to run through a few FAQ’s as we get started so make sure to read through everything. All links work (I triple checked!) and can be found at the very bottom of this document. Please send all questions to [email protected] – remind, texts or in-person inquiries may slip through the cracks (accidentally).

Register Here for BreakThru 2024
Medical Releases for each individual are required by the date of registration to be considered registered. If you have any questions about whether or not you have turned in this form for the 2023 – 2024 school year, please email [email protected], and we will be happy to check on this for you. Please remember, this form must be updated each year. For example, if you went to BreakThru last year with us, that form is NOT valid. If you have filled out a form since June 2023, that form IS valid. You can access the Medical Release Form in the church office and on the church website.

Who can I register?
You may only register your own child/immediate family (or yourself) for this event. For example, you may register your child, step-child, or grandchild (or yourself). You may NOT register your friend or cousin. Simply send a link for someone’s parent to register their student. Easy to share!
Wait List:
If registration fills up before you can register, email [email protected] to be put on the wait list. Please include student name, grade, and school in the email. Texts, phone calls, or emails to any other person/email address, including the church office, will not be accepted for the wait list.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens, and things change. If you need to cancel your spot, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note, that after December 1st, we cannot cancel spots for refunds.
Is there financial assistance?
Yes! Some of our youth have a positive account balance from fundraising. Katie has that information and can tell you what your student’s account balance is. All students who serve in Ladies Night Out will receive credits. We also have financial assistance for those who need it. Please never allow for financial burden or strain be a factor – we will make a way for your student to come. Simply email Katie!
Other Activities:
There is a limited # of paintball spots at the camp; we’re attaching a release form (A MUST HAVE) for paintball. Paintball also costs an additional $25.00 per student and must be paid in cash only during the retreat. If you THINK that you will be interested in this, just go ahead and sign the release.
What is the sign-up deadline?
You must be signed up by December 1st and paid in full by December 10th.
How do I pay?
The total cost for BreakThru 2024 is 225.00, with 100.00 due upon registration. The full amount must be paid by December 10th,, otherwise you forfeit your spot to someone on the wait list.
You may pay online (specify the retreat/student in the memo line) or you can pay in check or cash – all payments MUST be given to Katie. Please include your student’s name in the memo line or on the envelope.

** All forms, excluding the registration form, must be turned in IN-PERSON to Katie on the day that we leave! Katie will have medical release forms and paintball registration forms in the office for you to sign if you do not have access to a printer.
