The Stories of Jesus
Led by: Rev. Dr. Ricky James
6pm, Family Life Building, Room 106
Jesus was a master storyteller and his parables are some of the most memorable parts of his teaching ministry. Join us as we revisit some of his famous stories asking why they were so powerful that thousands of people who come to hear him speak; and so challenging that other religious leaders saw him as a threat. And finally, how might these stories about birds, seeds, and buried treasure still speak to our modern world?
