This past Sunday was a wonderful beginning to our Holy Week observances. Our musicians and vocalists presented a moving musical offering which helped us to reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus. And that afternoon our gym was full of families hunting Easter eggs and hearing the message of the empty tomb! A great day! Thanks to everyone who made it such a success.
Holy Week continues with our service for Maundy Thursday at 6:00pm in the Sanctuary, and a Good Friday service, also at 6:00pm in the Worship Center.
I hope you are planning on joining us for Easter Sunday. We will gather for our Sunrise Service on the front steps of the church at 6:00am, followed by our 9:00am and 11:00am services.
We will expand our seating capacity in the Worship Center and open up additional pews for more seating in the Sanctuary. In the Sanctuary, half the room will be open seating, and half will be set up to observe social distancing. Also on Easter Sunday, we are resuming our Kids Moments with dismissal to Kids Worship during the service. You kids are more than welcome to remain in the service, or attend Kids Worship!
We’re excited to gather for these special services and to share once again the Good News that Jesus is Alive!
Grace and Peace,
