MESSAGE FROM RICKY
Dear Friends,
This past Sunday was an absolutely wonderful day. We celebrated Scouting ministry and welcomed so
many friends and visitors to worship! It was great seeing the scouts in their uniforms helping to usher and acolyte! It’s a reminder that so much of our ministry is not just on Sunday mornings, but all throughout the week!
Another reminder of that was the tremendous turnout for our ministry fair! The gym was filled with people learning about all the ways we are in mission and ministry at First Clinton. Thanks to all the groups that set up tables and our friends who coordinated the great breakfast foods!
Sunday was a reminder that our church is alive and thriving. Some of you may be reading this and haven’t been with us in a while. That’s understandable. I just wanted to remind you that there is always a place for you here. When you’re ready to come back, we’re ready to have you! If you’ve been out of the habit, that’s ok! Starting a new habit is as simple as making the decision: “we’re going to go to church this Sunday!”
