We had a great beginning to our 2021 Commitments. It was wonderful watching so many of our members coming forward, kneeling in prayer, and making an investment in the future ministries of our church. There is still plenty of time for you to make your commitment, and we want you to be a part of what God will do in 2021. You can mail your commitment card in, drop it in the offering plate, or fill it out online using the link below.
This coming Sunday, October 31, is an important date in church history. (Not just Halloween). On this date in 1517, Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the church door in Wittenberg, Germany, inaugurating a movement that would becoming known as the Protestant Reformation. Every so often this date falls on a Sunday, allowing us some time to reflect on the importance of that moment in church history and how we can understand its legacy today.
I hope in addition to the fun, festivities, and candy of the weekend you take some time to join us for worship this Sunday to celebrate our heritage!
