Life is full of transition and change. And with change comes challenges. It’s inevitable! Over the next three weeks, as we as a church prepare to welcome a new senior pastor, we will investigate the lives of three people in the Bible, and study together how they adapted to both the changes and challenges that they were handed, and the ways that they grew through seasons of transition.
June 18, 2023 – Faith In Transition
Challenges happen in life, this we know to be true. And there are plenty of people in the bible who faced challenges. Today we will look at Joseph’s story, found in Genesis 41. Joseph was faced with times of pressure and hostility, yet he continued to have faith in God. Joseph reminds us that our suffering always has an end date.
Genesis 41:52
New International Version
52 The second son he named Ephraim[a] and said, “It is because God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering.”
