MESSAGE FROM RICKY

Dear Friends,

This is the last week that our College and Career Director, Marti May, will be on the staff. As we previously announced, Marti is stepping down from the staff to allow more time to focus on her family. She has been an important part of our team for several years and, as you can see from the pictures featured in the College and Career Ministry section below, has led a thriving and fruitful ministry. We will miss her on staff, but we’re excited that the May family will continue to be an active part of our church community. If you see Marti, please make sure to extend a word of thanks for her years of faithful service to our students. 

As we look ahead to May (I can’t believe it!) I wanted to highlight that our mission focus for the month will be The Sunday Fund. You can read more about the important work of Methodist Senior Services and how your support of The Sunday Fund special offering makes a tremendous difference in the lives of seniors across the state. Please consider donating to this special offering anytime throughout the month of May. 

Finally, we want to be sure and celebrate all the births of kids and grandkids this past year! On Mother’s Day (May 9th) we want to share the names of all these blessings, so make sure you contact the church office and confirm that we have your bundle of joy listed!
